Within [48 business hours], a price range based on your photos. No visit, no commitment, no charge.
We come to inspect the site
An on-site visit confirms the actual condition of the structure. Afterwards, you receive a firm written offer, valid for [30 days].
We dismantle and remove
On a date agreed with you: dismantling, loading and complete removal. You're paid [on collection].

Our business is built on reuse: we assess the condition of the steel structure, roof, floors and panels in particular, to determine what can be recovered and refurbished.
Each buy-back offer is based on the actual condition of the modules, their configuration and the removal conditions.
Who handles the dismantling and removal?
BMS Modul can take care of the entire operation: dismantling, handling, loading, transport and removal of the modular buildings.
After assessing your installation and the site access conditions, we send you a buy-back offer setting out the dismantling and removal arrangements.
What are the timescales for buying back and removing my modules?
We review your request as quickly as possible based on the information you provide: location, number of modules, dimensions, photos and access conditions.
Once you've accepted our offer, we arrange the dismantling and removal around your constraints and our work schedule.
We can also consider urgent requests, particularly when modules need to be removed to clear a site or allow new works to start.
How does payment work when you buy back my modules?
After assessing your building, we send you a buy-back offer setting out the price, removal conditions and payment terms.
Once you've accepted our offer, we agree the payment terms together, and these are set out in the sale documents.
Payment is made by bank transfer, in accordance with the agreed terms.
