Dismantling and removal
We dismantle your modules on site, load them up and remove everything, including all dismantling waste. Your land is handed back to you clear and clean.
Modular building relocation
Refurbishment of your own modules
Your modules refurbished as new in our workshop. We keep the frame if it's sound, and we only redo the elements you choose.
Fit-out and conversion
Partitions, sanitary facilities, services, windows and doors, insulation. We convert an existing module to suit its new use.
Maintenance and repair
Weatherproofing, coverings, painting, door and window frames, heating. We bring modules in service back up to standard without taking them out of use for longer than necessary.

An on-site visit, or photos if the site is far away. This is when we tell you what can and can't be done.

Yes. We can join several modules together to create spaces tailored to your needs: offices, mess rooms, changing rooms, toilets or complete site welfare units.
We take care of the configuration, interconnecting openings, assembly, trims and finishes to suit your project.
Do you offer delivery and on-site installation?
Yes. We can arrange the transport, unloading, lifting, positioning and levelling of your modules on pad foundations or ground beams.
Can I send you a plan or sketch for a custom project?
Of course. A plan, a freehand sketch or simply a description of what you need is enough to get the assessment started.
Our team helps you define the configuration: dimensions, partitioning, doors, windows, electrics, sanitary facilities, heating and finishes.
We then draw up a proposal tailored to your project and budget.
