We buy back modular buildings whose frame is still perfectly sound, and we redo everything else: insulation, panels, floors, services, windows and doors, finishes. What arrives on your site isn't a second-hand building with a fresh coat of paint. It's a building rebuilt as new on a sound structure, fitted out to your specifications.

A new building costs more because the structure has to be manufactured from scratch. We only manufacture what actually needs replacing.

Only if they're sound. A corroded or deformed structure isn't refurbished: it's recycled, and we'll tell you so before making you an offer.
