Once collected, our teams inspect its structure and overall condition, then carry out the work required for the project: floor repairs, new floor coverings, windows and doors, insulation, electrics, plumbing, painting and interior or exterior finishes.

Each building can be adapted to its new use: office, site welfare unit, changing room, toilet block, reception area or any other custom configuration.

This approach makes it possible to reuse existing structures while delivering a functional, customised building ready to go back into service.

Buying: you become the owner of a second-hand modular building, supplied as is or refurbished to suit your project.

Selling: you offer us your existing modular buildings. We assess them for buy-back and can arrange their dismantling and removal.

Our buildings are inspected and refurbished in line with the services set out in each quote.

The work carried out, the equipment supplied and the warranty terms are specified in our contract documents.
